Air uses chargeable weight; sea groupage uses its quoted weight/measure rule; full containers use a container quote. Estimates exclude anything listed as an exclusion. Unapproved services have no displayed tariff.

Before you send
What can I send?
Start with a detailed item list, manufacturing origin, purchase value and packed dimensions. Fashion, shoes, synthetic braids and samples still require item-specific acceptance. Food, cosmetics, liquids, batteries and unusual goods need specialist review.
Are customs duties included?
Only if your approved quote explicitly includes them. Government assessments and permits depend on the goods, value and importer arrangements. Never describe commercial stock as personal gifts.
How do supplier purchases work?
Pay your supplier directly under your own sale agreement. Record supplier orders in your account, label packages and let Tugatai coordinate approved shipping. Supplier returns and transport claims have separate responsibilities.
Can I track my shipment?
Sign in to view your authorised booking, actual recorded milestones and package status. Arrival, customs clearance, payment and delivery remain separate.
How do payments and claims work?
Use official instructions from Tugatai. A submitted payment reference stays pending until verified. You can register a claim in your account; a claim is not an automatic refund.
Will I make money reselling?
The merchant calculator estimates contribution from your own costs and selling assumptions. Test slow sales, lower prices, damaged units and higher freight before committing to stock.
